We are Mary Beth Abel and Chris Gibson.

Parenting led us to begin this project.

Mary Beth is a lyricist and singer. She had the ideas for each song, but Chris, with his gifts for playing and composing, brought Delightful Angst into musical being. More about Mary Beth can be found by visiting her personal website. 

 

Mary Beth is married to Taylor Sherman, a computer engineer by day and a bass player by night. They have a 5-year-old son named Kaden.

Chris is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and music instructor. He is married to visual and lighting artist Meleah Gibson. They have two daughters, Charlie (age 9) and Nina (age 5). More about Chris can be found by visiting his website.
